Terms of Service
I'll send over an invoice and payment will be done upfront in USD (through PayPal).
Commission will start after payment is done.
Retakes: Up to 3 (three) retakes to fix is possible during the sketch phase! Retakes will not be possible anymore once the colouring phase has started.
All commissions are digital. There will be no physical product or shipping items.
All commissioned art are for PERSONAL USE only.
I'm allowed to use the artwork for my portfolio.
I do not allow NFT Commissions.
Commissions CANNOT be used for AI or fed into any AI learning machine/application.
I have the right to decline any commission if I feel like I'm not able to deliver it.
You can't cancel or demand a refund once the commission is completed/received.
Do tell me if you don't wish to have your commission posted on social media!

Rights
I retain the copyright of the artwork. (The art itself, not the characters)
Client DOES NOT have the right to claim the artwork as their own.
Client DOES NOT have the right to use the work for commercial use.
Client DOES NOT have the right to alter/edit the artwork without my consent.
